Blended Right Sourcing Content Solutions for Clients Across the Globe
Creates Jobs in India and the U.S.
BANGALORE, India (4/26/2010) – The Integrity Group (Integrity), a leader in documentation, training and marketing communications solutions since 1994, announced today that it has acquired Collabis Consulting, a company well known in India for its service excellence in the technical writing field. In India, the new entity will be known as INTEGRITYCollabis.
The final stage of the acquisition of Collabis by Integrity has been completed, and employees from both organizations are already working successfully side-by-side in integrated, global project teams for many Fortune 500 companies and government entities.
In coming together, the expanded global company of over 100 employees now offers a unique approach to business needs using “blended right-sourcing.” Blended right-sourcing is Integrity’s method for providing expert global solutions for enterprise projects that include a sizeable content component, and means to blend the right people with the right resources at the right location, providing the right services for the right price.

Pavi Sandhu, Collabis CEO and founder, has thirteen years of experience in the technology industry, as a trainer, journalist, technical writer and manager. Mr. Sandhu will retain the position of Director of Asia/Pacific Operations with INTEGRITYCollabis.
Pradeep Vasudev has also been with Collabis since its inception. Mr. Vasudev will remain with the new organization, and has been promoted to the V.P. of Business Development, India.
